A woman has died from injuries sustained in a single-vehicle crash in Taney County on Tuesday. The 63-year-old woman was driving on the Ozark Mountain Highroad, west of Highway 248, near Branson, when she lost control of her vehicle. Authorities say that in an attempt to regain control, the woman over-corrected and the vehicle rolled over several times.

Rescue crews arrived on the scene to find the woman trapped underneath the vehicle. They freed her and the woman was airlifted to St. John’s Health Center in Springfield. She died Wednesday from her injuries.
