Rachael M. Dockery Springfield, Missouri
Rachael Dockery joined Strong, Garner, Bauer, P.C. in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, she served as law clerk to the Honorable Nancy Rahmeyer, of the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Southern District, and as the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Prosecutor for the 19th West Judicial District of Arkansas. She also worked for the law firm of Glassman, Edwards, Wade & Wyatt, P.C., in Memphis, Tennessee. Rachael received her law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2003, graduating summa cum laude and finishing first in her class. While in law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Arkansas Law Review, and won the Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Competition and the ABA Regional Client Counseling Competition. Other law school honors include receiving the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award, Outstanding Contribution to Legal Publications Award, and the Trial Advocacy Prize. She also received her B.A. in English, with honors, from the University of Arkansas in 1999. Rachael is admitted to practice in the state courts of Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee, and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. She is a member of the Arkansas, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations, the Missouri Bar, the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. Her areas of practice include personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation.
